Spiced Ice Tea

2 quarts water
1 packet CuisineMentor’s German Glühwein Spice Blend
12 tea bags of your choice
1/2 cup sugar, or less to taste
One 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
One 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
fresh mint (optional)

In a large Dutch oven, bring water and the CuisineMentor’s German Glühwein Spice Blend in muslin bag to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and steep for five minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard tea bags. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then stir in orange juice and lemonade. Chill and serve over ice. Before serving remove spice packet. Garnish with fresh mint.
5 Tall servings

Addition ideas : Add 2 shots brandy, whiskey, bourbon or rum.
